James Neal

James has spent all of his professional career broadcasting, commissioning and producing programming for the youth market.

As Vice President of Programming and Commissioning at the Walt Disney Company he developed and commissioned over 100 hours of programming including live daily studio show Studio Disney, BAFTA winning live event show Kids Awards 2000, BAFTA award winning animation Brush Head and BAFTA nominated sitcom Buslife and The Raoul Show.

More recently he has worked at Discovery Networks as Vice President of Acquisitions and Co-Production and Head of Programming at controversial UK indie WAG TV.
